Edgar Arvelo, founder and President, started as a stock broker in 1989 and continued acquiring other financial licenses including insurance. Mr. Arvelo decided to specialize in trading stocks particularly in small cap issues because of the huge gains experienced in trading.

Mr. Arvelo's consistent high returns and least amount of risk in his trading history made him decide to start New Wealth Funds in 2000. As a private business it was a slow process reaching investors. By publishing a free investment newsletter and offering it to Investors Business Daily readers to business has continued to grow.
